My research focuses on deep learning of objective-driven representations.
Prior to this, I worked for over 4 years as a research scientist solving problems in the field of NLP and Computer Vision, majorly in domain of healthcare and insurance. Organizations that I have worked for include the California based ML solutions startup called Foundation AI and a leading Bangalore based healthcare startup called Practo.
I have received Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NITK Surathkal, India. My undergraduate thesis, advised by Prof. Ashvini Chaturvedi focuses on comparison of machine learning and classical techniques in image segmentation.
